The Unforced Rhythms of Grace
This blog is meant to encourage and to remind anyone about the unconditional love that our Abba Father in heaven has for us. The things you see here, may they be expressed by my own writings and drawings, or by articles and words from different preachers, are only of one purpose: to remind you, beloved, that you are precious and deeply loved in the eyes of the Everlasting God, and that it is His desire to make you whole again in His Son Jesus Christ.
I firmly believe that He wants you to know that. He has done everything for you.

This, for me, is a picture of sunrise. Even during the night, we know that the sun has never been put out. This is the same with the Old Testament. Even when His people constantly failed Him and forgot about Him, God has never once stopped loving them. He was there, but they couldn’t see Him. He worked, but they did not notice. They were utterly limited by the demands and the pressure that the Law brought. They never satisfied these demands, and were condemned because of it. All along, though, God had in mind of crucifying His beloved Son for these inconsistent and failing people. For us. Because of His Word, it is only now that we see the True Light. Jesus came, and we saw. He died, and we were sanctified and justified. He rose again, and we were made righteous forever. Yes, the world may be dark, and we still reside here, but the True Light is out already. We only have to focus on Him, and darkness will never be able to overpower us ever again. Jesus is the Light, and the focus is upon Him. We’re not blind anymore, because He has come. He loves us. There may still be darkness, but it’s fading away. It can never drive out the Light of Jesus’ love upon us, which is constant, unchanging and ultimately powerful over everything.
