Just a clarification about the 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 post:
No, I am not ‘misinterpreting’ or ‘manipulating’ the Bible.
In the Original version of that passage, the word for love was agape, which means the LOVE OF GOD. I hope that’s clear. :)
So, when it seems as if you are forgetting what it means to be loved by the King of kings, turn to 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8, beloved. ^^ This is your Savior.

All your efforts and your works to gain the favor, blessings, and approval of God are all worthless and futile. God doesn't need those. He has opened the door to His Kingdom through Jesus Christ, and what He wants from us right now is a child who will depend on and believe in Him.
AND He has already given you His approval, blessings, and favor through Jesus Christ. Beloved, stop struggling with trying to be right in front of God, because you ARE already right in His eyes. Just rest in His love and grace, and come to Him in the name of Jesus. ♥
